We currently hold a total of 20+ ready to go brands of e-liquids which have been pre-approved for TPD compliance.
Information on new products can be found on our website and as an E-Liquid Wholesale client you will receive regular email updates on new products as they become available.
Our e-liquids contain Vegetable Glycerine, Propylene Glycol, natural and artificial flavours and nicotine only.
All our liquids are subjected to the same rigorous testing as is required for TPD compliance. All non-TPD liquids are also randomly batch-tested to ensure product quality.
“Mg” relates to the Nicotine content of a liquid (mg/ml) and “%” is an alternative method of expressing this (e.g.: 18mg is 1.8% Nicotine).
Our standard nicotine containing 10ml liquids are 60% Propylene Glycol and 40% Vegetable Glycerine. Our high VG 10ml nicotine containing liquids are 70% Vegetable Glycerine and 30% Propylene Glycol. Our Shortfills are 70% Vegetable Glycerine and 30% Propylene Glycol as standard, but as manufacturers we are able to offer these in any ratio.
Although with all label designs there are a number of elements that we need to include for TPD and CLP compliance we do not use templates for label designs. All labels are bespoke designed to keep your product and branding individual and memorable.
Apart from your own distinctive label designs, you can change flavour names however you’d like. We can also develop bespoke flavours as per your requirements.
The design of your label will be a major factor in the appeal of your brand. Your label is the first thing that your customers will see, so a poorly designed label can have a very negative effect on customer perceptions and sales. With our years of experience in designing eye-catching and dynamic labels we are here to offer you tips and ideas on how to achieve the best possible shelf appeal for your brand.
This service is offered free of charge. We will assist you at every stage of your branding and design - the price/bottle is the only cost, and there are no hidden fees.
If you have an idea for a specific flavour or even range of flavours that doesn’t exist yet, we can create safe and high-quality concentrates in our flavour house. We are also able to replicate flavours that may already exist but are difficult to obtain in sufficient quantities or at a reasonable price.
Our dedicated Co-Packing suite has been specifically designed for both small batch and large volume orders.
For all our Co-packing operations we use NDA’s and advanced data encryption to keep any recipes a closely guarded secret, ensuring your brand is not compromised in any way.
This is largely dependent on quantities, but costs can be as low as under 20p/unit for the filling and labelling of 50ml bottles.
Without exception, all our e-liquids are prepared and bottled in a ISO Class 7 clean room environment. This ensures the highest quality is maintained across our entire operation.
All our liquids are fully compliant with UK law and are TPD-compliant.
Under CLP product labelling regulations, 18mg strengths and above must display the Skull and Crossbones pictogram as a warning to the consumer.
We do not charge any fees for branding submissions with the MHRA for TPD compliance.
Since the introduction of TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) any new e-liquids are required to be comprehensively tested to ensure they meet the safety requirements detailed within TPD.Tthis requirement is regulated by the MHRA (Medicines and Healthcare Regulatory Agency). Since 2016 we have used Adact Medical Ltd (the leading experts in compliance for the vaping industry). As a result of our long-standing relationship with Adact, we have been able to negotiate preferential rates for e-liquid testing for TPD compliance.
Since its introduction in 2016, TPD has had an immensely positive effect on the e-liquid market, ensuring a high level of safety, quality, regulation and compliance for all nicotine containing e-liquids. It is extremely important to the e-liquid industry that this standard is maintained. The UK Government quite rightly has no plans to repeal or dilute this EU directive.
All of our e-liquids are subject to the same testing as required by TPD to ensure maximum product safety. We also conduct random testing to ensure that our high standards are maintained without exception.
